In addition to photographing Weddings, we also offer on-location Portraiture sessions. We adore capturing natural photos of you and your loved ones. Laughing, snuggles, kisses … real every-day life. Those little moments that you will truly treasure. We want you to whole-heartedly enjoy the time with your family and friends without a thought to the work going on behind our cameras. Our goal is to capture the range of emotions throughout the session and help you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
The focus of your Portraiture photographs will be on your relationship with each other – intimate, simple, and honest.
Planning the perfect portrait session
All portrait session collections include all applicable taxes and travel within the locations specified in each package.
Please note that sunset times vary seasonally. During the summer months, sunset typically occurs later in the evening (approximately 6:00 PM–8:00 PM), while in the winter months, it occurs earlier in the afternoon (approximately 3:00 PM–4:00 PM).
Portrait sessions are generally scheduled during golden hour to achieve the most flattering, soft natural lighting. Weekday appointments (Monday through Thursday) are recommended, as they offer a more relaxed experience and help avoid larger crowds in public spaces, particularly during peak tourism seasons of Florida.
Weekend availability is limited and offered on a month-to-month basis, depending on our wedding and event schedule. Due to increased tourism and higher foot traffic, weekends are not typically recommended for portrait sessions.
We encourage booking early for fall, winter, and spring dates, as these cooler seasons are especially popular for outdoor photography sessions.
For maternity sessions, the ideal timeframe for scheduling is between 30 and 37 weeks to ensure optimal comfort and a beautifully defined silhouette.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIMEFRAME TO CAPTURE A MATERNITY SESSION?
We recommend that a Maternity Session be captured by your photographer during the 32 - 37 week timeframe of your pregnancy.
ADD AN ADDITIONAL LOCATION TO YOUR PORTRAIT COLLECTION
If your selected Portrait Collection includes only a single location, additional locations may be added to enhance your session experience.
Our definition of a “nearby” location is one within a 15-minute drive of your original session site, as determined by Google® Maps. Adding a nearby location will extend your session by approximately 20 minutes of capture time and includes travel within 30 minutes of the original location. This enhancement is available for a set fee of $175 per additional location.
For locations requiring 31–60 minutes of travel from the original site, the set fee is $225 per additional location. Travel time is calculated using Google® Maps’ estimated driving distance and duration.
This structure ensures a seamless, luxurious experience while providing flexibility to capture multiple settings during your portrait session.
RESERVE TWO (2) OR MORE PORTRAIT SESSIONS AT THE SAME TIME
Save 10% of total purchases if reserved at the same time of booking. At the time of the booking, you'll only pay the reservation fee only with 10% applied to it as well.
ADD RUSH-PROCESSING (COMPLETED PHOTOGRAPHS WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF PORTRAIT/SESSION)
Rush Processing is available for a one-time investment of $300 per session.
While standard portrait session delivery typically occurs within 2–3 weeks, selecting Rush Processing ensures your fully edited images are delivered within two (2) business days of your session—allowing you to enjoy your portraits almost immediately.

We would be absolutely delighted to travel for your celebration. Please reach out with a few details about your destination plans, and we will thoughtfully curate a custom proposal tailored just for you—encompassing travel, accommodations, coverage, and all desired services and offerings.

Once you have decided to schedule your Signature Portrait Collection, reach out to us to start scheduling.
Let us know the following for a portrait:
- Which month(s) did you want your session? We’ll send you all available dates currently.
- Do you have a location in mind? Or need some ideas we can help you with? Our Location Ideas can be found HERE.
- Which Signature Portrait Collection (see section above) would you like to book?
- How many many persons will be photographed at the session?
Complete the digital Portraiture Photography Agreement form (we will email you directly).
After we receive the completed and signed Agreement, we will forward to you the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee invoice of $100 for payment. The remainder of the session is due forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the portrait session.
Congrats! Thank you for having us capture some amazing memories for you! Await our final confirmation email once we reserve your portrait/event upon our private calendar and create your file officially.
